French-Inspired Dining in Toronto

Writer: Marites LeeMarites Lee

We were looking for a place to dine in Toronto and found this one. I love oldhouses that have been repurposed and turned into something beautiful.

As soon as we walked in, the ambiance felt very welcoming and were were greeted with a smile and were asked whether we were celebrating anything special.

The bar by the entrance definitely sets the mood and we were guided along the hallway that took us to different sections with each French-inspired interiors (definitely reminded me of my lounge at home I specifically decorated as soon as I came back from Paris) .

Anyway, they were offering a 4-course prix fixe experience for Easter. They recommended a set of 2 per order but there were 5 of us. We were advised to order for 4 and see what happens. We decided to order a charcuterie as well and we were full. There is something about their dishes that tasted homemade yet refined...

ps. It was also J's advance birthday celebration. Happy birthday Budoy!
